Home Caregivers

All caregivers referred by CHN are experienced Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides.

At CHN, the screening of caregivers is the most important factor in providing clients with a successful referral. We are very selective and invest a lot of time in the caregiver registration and screening process.  Caregivers referred by CHN are some of the highest paid in South Florida, yet company rates are extremely competitive. Most of the fee charged goes directly into the quality of care.  In this way the company is able to attract highly qualified caregivers and provide the best possible service.

Clients and their family members frequently call or send thank you notes to let us know how pleased they are with caregiver referrals, particularly our clients children who live out of state. Many have used other companies in the past and are impressed by CHN's quality and professionalism.

Caregiver Credentials

CHN consistently complies with all state requirements. The screening process includes:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States,
• A Florida Criminal Background Check,
• Verification of home health certification, training, and updates,
• Verification of work and personal references, and
• All other required documentation.

CHN also requires the successful completion of a 100-question skill assessment and proficiency in English.
